World of Wellness
With a surface area of about 60,000m2, Thermae 2000 is one of the largest wellness centres in the Netherlands. Thermae 2000 is also one of the few places in the Netherlands where you can experience the refreshing, recuperative effect of the extremely healthy thermal waters. Visitors can swim indoors and out, use saunas, steam rooms and whirlpools and pamper themselves with beauty treatments and treatment programmes.
Thermal baths
It’s all about the source; the therapeutic water derives from three centuries-old thermal springs, which have been especially tapped for Thermae 2OOO.
A session in the pools is an experience in itself. The water is lovely and warm at 33 degrees Celsius; as if you’ve just popped down to the tropics. Swim in the in & outdoor pools and relax in water from 400m deep springs which have lain quietly hidden for more than 40,000 years in the Limburg lime-rich soil.
Through the ages the water has been filtered again and again, and moreover has become rich in minerals. Great for the muscles and joints; refreshing for the body and spirit. The many whirlpools, whirlbanks and underwater jet massages provide extra relaxation for the neck, back or shoulders.
Saunas
Every visit to a sauna or steam bath is, in fact, a type of ‘training’. Going through the ritual in a state of calm provides your body with a genuine health ‘kick’. Your circulation is boosted, your natural resistance increases and you feel totally cleansed, fit and relaxed. A number of outdoor saunas allow you to make the sauna ritual even more intense thanks to the special ‘pouring sessions’ when water and essential oils are quite literally poured onto hot stones. The vaporised water on the cool skin condenses and this makes the experience even more intense. ‘Pouring sessions’ take place every day – completely free – in one of the outdoor saunas. Skin & Body Care
A visit to Thermae 2000 is only really complete once the pools have been combined with a Skin & Body treatment. Our range is broad, regenerating and of exceptional high quality, and will far exceed expectations.

Restaurant Pure
The Pure restaurant is literally ‘haute-cuisine’ as one looks out over the splendid Limburg hills. The food is of a high quality too.
The menu changes with the seasons, offering delicious fresh regional dishes besides. In the summer months one can breakfast or lunch on the lovely outdoor terrace.
Grand Café Fresh
A pleasant restaurant in a lovely setting, looking out over the thermal pools. Enjoy a delicious slice of Limburg flan, a crisp salad for lunch, or end the day with dinner. Pure enjoyment in the Grand Café Fresh!
Bar Delight
The Delight bar is a convivial, trendy bar for both pool and hotel guests, with a spectacular terrace view over the Geuldal. Here one can enjoy delicious smoothies, cocktails and Ben & Jerry ice cream. For those looking for the more healthy option, we serve homemade sushi.
